Our office is proud to be a part of a team whose mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive orthodontic services available today. Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best orthodontic care whenever you need it.
The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option, so you can make the best choice for you and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.
Our payment plans are designed to work with the average family budget. Some features of our payment plans include:
- Flexible, interest-free payment options
- Affordable initial down payment and monthly payment financing
- Up-front pay in full discount
- Family member discount
Payment is expected at the time of service. Our office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
ANOTHER FINANCING OPTION
We also offer assisted financial plans through CareCredit®, an affordable option used by many of our patients to pay for their dental treatment. Care Credit has 0% financing with monthly payment options available that can be used for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance. Learn more at www.CareCredit.com.
We accept most dental insurance plans and as a courtesy, we will file your dental insurance claim for you.
The Mockaitis Orthodontics staff will provide you with a treatment plan including your estimated “out of pocket” expense for your orthodontic treatment. We will estimate your portion and ask you to pay that amount at the time of service.
Unfortunately, your dental insurance company will only pay for a portion of your orthodontic treatment and cosmetic procedures like whitening will not be covered. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage made by your insurance company, but we will see that you receive your maximum benefits. In the event your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated, you will be responsible to pay the outstanding balance.
We will work with you and your insurance company to process your claims. However, we want to remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.
